I work as a fractional CTO / CIO, senior technical advisor, and escalation point for complex software, architecture, and AI-related challenges. My role is to bring clarity where things are stalled, misaligned, or quietly failing — and to help teams move forward without burning themselves out.
This is not staff augmentation. It’s not hype-driven consulting. It’s experienced judgment applied where it matters most.
What I Do
I work with leaders who:
- are responsible for outcomes but don’t need a full-time CTO
- are navigating growth, transition, or accumulated technical debt
- want honest assessment, not reassurance
- need someone who can speak fluently with both executives and engineers
Most engagements begin with a short conversation to see whether there’s a real fit. If there is, we start small and focused.
How I Work
I prioritize understanding before intervention.
In the first phase of an engagement, I focus on:
- how decisions are made
- where work is getting stuck
- which risks are real versus assumed
From there, we decide what’s worth fixing, what’s worth tolerating, and what should be stopped entirely.
